Josie holds a Diploma of Business Management and brings over four decades of experience across small and large businesses in Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Intake, and Business Operations. Prior to joining the team, she worked in business operations and management roles within the Construction Industry, developing strong organisational, financial, and people-focused skills. Josie is passionate about supporting NDIS participants to better understand the financial side of their plans and funding, helping them make informed decisions to work towards their goals. She brings a genuine commitment to providing supportive, approachable, and reliable assistance to both participants and the wider team. Outside of work, Josie enjoys spending quality time with family and friends, especially her three young Grandchildren, strength training, and enjoying a good chai by the beach.
