Peer Mentor / Support Worker

Alison is a Support Worker with experience in supporting participants with intellectual, psychosocial and neurological disabilities. Prior to joining the team and continuing to the present day, she works in a clinical healthcare setting, providing care and treatment for patients with a chronic disease. Alison is passionate about a person-centred approach, tailoring support to the individual’s goals, preferences, strengths and needs and brings a genuine commitment to building trusting relationships and delivering compassionate, respectful support. Outside of work, she enjoys keeping fit and spending time with her family.

Anika O

Senior Peer Mentor / Support Worker

Anika is a Senior Peer Mentor / Support Worker with experience in NDIS participants with Autism Spectrum Disorder, Neurological Conditions, and other complex needs. Prior to joining the team, she worked in a similar role as an Outcomes Lead and has 12 years’ experience in the disability sector. Anika is passionate about supporting people to feel empowered and brings a genuine commitment to helping each individual live to their full potential. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family friends, cooking and watching the football – GO PIES!

Jordan-Lee H

Peer Mentor / Support Worker

Jordan is a Disability Support Worker with experience in behaviour support, NDIS participants with complex needs and support participants during community access. Prior to joining the team, she worked as a Disability Support Worker with another company and before that in retail and hospitality. Jordan is passionate about helping participants build the necessary skilled needed to become independent and to gain the confidence to be out socialising and building relationships. Outside of work, Jordan enjoys going to the gym and hiking when the weather is good but also playing video games and listening to music. Jordan also has 3 children ages from 11 – 5. Two of whom have diagnosis of an intellectual disability and autism. This is why being a Support Worker for Jordan as she understands why it is important for participants to have a good support network around participants who share and communicate how to best support someone who needs it the most.

Kade R

Peer Mentor / Support Worker

Kade is a disability support worker with experience in community care and exercise and wellbeing. Prior to joining the team, he worked at a school for children with autism. Kade is passionate about empowering participants to build independence and improve overall fitness and wellbeing goals and brings a genuine commitment to building connections with participants. Outside of work, he enjoys being involved with sports. Kade currently studies a Bachelor of Exercise and Sports Science at Deakin University and assists with a coaching role for the Melbourne Storm Rugby League Teams.

Kelsey D

Peer Mentor / Support Worker

Kelsey brings a passion for providing high-quality person-centred support and will be working with our wonderful participants to ensure they reach their goals and live life to the fullest. Kelsey is currently studying a Bachelor of Biomedical sciences with intentions to become an Osteopath in the near future. Kelsey has many hobbies, from running to chess to jewellery making. Kelsey enjoys cooking, loves his music and pets too. He plays soccer in the Bayside area and is really interested in trying out some long-distance events coming up soon. Kelsey loves and embraces change and is always open to trying new things!

Liam W

Peer Mentor / Support Worker

Liam is a support worker with experience in ADHD management, exercise, and complex needs. Alongside support work, he finished his Bachelor of Science, specifically engaging with physiology, anatomy, and public health, and hopes to study medicine. Liam is passionate about empowering participants and building strong relationships and brings a genuine commitment to providing equitable care for everyone he comes across. Outside of work, he enjoys playing and watching football, travelling, and spending time with friends.

Mia G

Peer Mentor / Support Worker

Mia has recently completed a double degree of Psychological Science and Criminology and is currently studying an Advanced Graduate Diploma in Psychology, with hopes of building a career in the mental health field. Outside of academics, Mia loves animals, watching new movies, keeping fit with Pilates, reading and most importantly loves connecting with people and making their day that little bit easier if she can. Mia is always open to trying new things and is excited to enter the world of support work!

Olivia P

Peer Mentor / Support Worker

Olivia began her journey in the disability sector while living in the Northern Territory after travelling around Australia. Her passion for support work is deeply rooted in her own lived experience at 19, Olivia was involved in a serious motor vehicle accident that left her wheelchair-bound for six months. A year of intensive rehabilitation followed, ignited a drive to support others navigating life’s challenges. With a strong belief in living fully and authentically, Olivia is committed to empowering those she works with to pursue their goals and lead fulfilling lives. When she’s not working, you’ll find Olivia hanging out with her dogs, doing yoga, getting crafty, cooking up something delicious, reading a good book or at the gym.

Phyllis L

Peer Mentor / Support Worker

Phyllis is a compassionate and dedicated Disability Support Worker with experience supporting people with psychosocial and mental health needs. Prior to joining the team, she worked as a Nurse, gaining valuable experience across both community and hospital settings. Phyllis is passionate about mental health and values building genuine, trusting relationships with the people she supports. She takes a person-centred approach and is committed to providing holistic care that empowers individuals to achieve their goals, maintain their wellbeing, and live as independently as possible. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, photography, basket weaving and gardening.

Scarlett H

Peer Mentor / Support Worker

Scarlett is currently in her final year of a Psychology degree at Monash University and is passionate about making a meaningful difference in the lives of others. With a bright and bubbly presence, Scarlett brings positivity and genuine care to every role she steps into. She’s excited to begin her journey in disability support, where she can apply her academic knowledge to real-world experiences and support participants in achieving their goals. Outside of work, Scarlett enjoys reading, going to the gym, and spending quality time with family and friends.

Zoe C

Peer Mentor / Support Worker

Zoe is currently completing her final year of the Diploma of Nursing. Zoe has a strong passion for healthcare and is dedicated to helping others by providing compassionate and quality care. Outside of her studies, Zoe enjoys spending time with her friends and family, watching footy, cooking, listening to music, and attending live music events. She also loves relaxing with a good movie and spending time with her dog.
