Chris - Interim Executive Officer

Chris is an accredited Exercise Physiologist (AEP) who, after completing his studies at Australian Catholic University in 2017 worked primarily with participants within the DVA and Medicare system, gaining experience with cardiopulmonary, musculoskeletal, neurological and oncology clients. Chris then found a passion for working within the NDIS framework and has done so since 2019. Chris has developed a keen interest in working with participants who live with an intellectual disability or neurological condition assisting them in achieving their goals.

Josie - Accounts & Business Operations Lead

Josie has over 36 years managing accounts in small and large businesses and has completed a Diploma of Business Management.  Josie brings a broad range of skills and life experience assisting people with living with disabilities and mental health.  She uses this in her role at WeSupportU to support clients understand the financial side of their NDIS Plan and funding.  This is such an important component for many participants to be able to meet their goals.

Kristy - Office & Administration

Before joining WeSupportU, Kristy built a diverse career in operational and administrative roles, with a strong focus on corporate real estate. She holds a Diploma of Facilities Management and brings a wealth of organisational and people-focused experience to the team.

Kristy is deeply passionate about kindness and is committed to making a positive impact in the lives of those around her. She finds joy in supporting and encouraging others as they work toward their goals.

Outside of work, Kristy enjoys live music, spending time outdoors, and making memories with her young family.

Plan Management

Laura - Plan Manager

As a certified bookkeeper with 15 years of customer service experience, I bring a unique combination of financial expertise and hands-on industry knowledge to my role as an NDIS Plan Manager. Having worked as a Disability Support Worker and Team Leader for over 4 years, I have extensive experience navigating the complexities of the NDIS. This background allows me to provide a flexible, participant-centered approach while ensuring strict adherence to NDIA guidelines.

I pride myself on being a trusted and accessible single point of contact, always available to provide timely advice and tailored solutions. My proactive approach ensures that each participant’s plan is optimised to meet their unique needs, empowering them to achieve their goals with ease and confidence



Support Coordinators

Zane - Support Coordination - Team Leader

Zane started working in the disability and mental health sectors in 2016, holding key roles such as Business Manager for DES providers, Provisional Psychologist, Specialist Support Coordinator, and Recovery Coach. With a strong background in psychology, Zane is dedicated to providing person-centered care, with a focus on empowering participants through choice and control. He has worked with individuals of all ages, collaborating closely with families and community services to achieve meaningful, positive outcomes. Outside of work, Zane is an avid traveller, having explored over 20 countries. He has a passion for discovering new cultures, cuisines, and unique experiences.

Sophie - Specialist Support Coordinator / Psychosocial Recovery Coach

Sophie is an accredited Social Worker (AASW) with over a decade of experience working alongside peopleb in disability-related roles. She has supported NDIS participants across a range of roles, including Support Coordinator, Psychosocial Recovery Coach, and Specialist Support Coordinator.

Sophie’s approach is trauma-informed and neuroaffirming, and she brings both professional and lived experience to her work. She is passionate about walking alongside participants as they navigate complex systems, offering support that feels respectful, collaborative, and empowering.

At the heart of Sophie’s work is a strong commitment to social justice and person-centred practice. She believes everyone deserves to be heard, valued, and supported to live a meaningful life on their own terms. Sophie is currently completing postgraduate studies in mental health.

Terry - Specialist Support Coordinator/ Psychosocial Recovery Coach

Terry has completed a Master’s degree in Social Work and started working in the disability fieldm in 2019. He is deeply committed to supporting our community and those must vulnerable. Throughout his career, he has worked in various settings, including a community legal centre, a Mental Health Support Worker and a Specialist Support Coordinator. He is passionate about making a meaningful impact.

Dillon - Senior Support Coordinator

Dillon has worked in the Disability field since 2019. He started as a support worker working with teenagers at a day centre helping them to develop their independent living skills and accessing the community. He has also worked in SIL houses. Since 2021 Dillon has been providing Support Coordination services and leading Support Coordinators from a Team Leader position. He loves sport! In particular, AFL (supporting Essendon) and Cricket.

Aloysius - Support Coordinator

I have worked in various sales and business management roles for start-ups, small businesses and large enterprises. I was also a digital nomad in Asia for a few years before returning to Australia in order to pursue a more meaningful and impactful career within the disabilty space.

I am passionate to help others to navigate the NDIS and get the support they need having seen first hand from family experience how daunting it can be.

Away from work, I enjoy equally, staying in playing boardgames or heading out for sports such as golf or cricket. Either way, a good coffee is a must.

Cheryl - Support Coordinator

I spent over 18 years working as a chef before deciding to take a new career path. My journey led me to the DFFH housing and maintenance sector, and eventually to discovering my true passion — working as a Support Coordinator.

With lived experience of various disabilities and dementia, I bring empathy, understanding, and a genuine commitment to helping others. Joining WeSupportU has allowed me to be part of a community that uplifts, connects, and empowers people to live their best lives.

I’m passionate about helping participants find the right supports and connections to achieve their goals and thrive in their daily lives.

Outside of work, I’m a proud mum of three incredible boys and a loving nana to three beautiful grandchildren. I enjoy travelling, exploring the outdoors, camping, fishing, and spending quality time with my family and friends.

Christine - Support Coordinator

Christine has a background in Child Protection and Aged D&A. Her passion is to support ALL people in our community, to achieve their dreams in a safe and happy environment. She loves to think outside the stereotypical boxes and believes anything is achievable using strength based approach.

Hailey - Support Coordinator

Hailey comes to WeSupportU with over 20years of experience in the aged care sector specialising in lifestyle and leisure. Hailey has lived experience with all aspects of care and helping people stay in their homes as long as possible and will always be an advocate for the elderly. Hailey’s passion is helping participants to live their life without barriers holistically. Hailey is a proud Mum of two boys, is very close with her family, is an avid reader. She also barracks for St Kilda Football team and adores her fur babies. Hailey is excited for this new chapter in her life and looks forward to building people’s capacity to live life to the fullest.

Allied Health Team

Stuart - Senior Occupational Therapist

Stuart (Stu) completed his Bachelor of Occupational Therapy (Honours) degree at Monash University, graduating in 2020. He has experience working with children and adults with various abilities and is passionate about supporting individuals living with a disability and their families to maximise their engagement in meaningful life activities. Stu has published research involving autistic children, and supporting autistic children and their families through a neurodiversity-affirming lens is his main area of passion as an OT. More recently, Stu has gained a passion in mentoring early-career OTs to develop their clinical skills and foster professional growth.

Kent - Occupational Therapist

Kent completed his Bachelor of Occupational Therapy (Honours) degree at Monash University in 2022. He has had previous placement experience working with both adults and children across various settings, including community physical rehabilitation, mental health, inpatient neurological rehabilitation and school-based paediatrics. He is passionate about developing client-centred interventions, in which clients will be always offered opportunities to choose activities that they enjoy or prefer, while ensuring the sessions are goal-directed. Kent is qualified to provide advanced intervention and support on Complex Home Modifications, Therapeutic Listening and Home & Living Assessments. He is also committed to continuous professional development in the future and help his clients reach their full potential.

Ray - Occupational Therapist

Ray is a registered Occupational Therapist who completed his Bachelor of Occupational Therapy degree at Monash University with Honours. He has had experience working in the aged care and paediatric settings to support participants with different conditions to enhance their ability to participate in the meaningful activities of everyday life. He also has experience during his clinical placements with acute, geriatric, paediatrics, and community disability and rehabilitation. Ray delivers a client-centred approach and evidence-based practices to empower people to achieve their meaningful goals in every aspect of their life. He is also passionate about continuous professional development to provide the best care for his participants in the paediatrics setting.

Ebba - Counsellor

Ebba is a counsellor registered with the Australian Counselling Association (ACA).
She has worked with participants since 2022, initially as a disability support worker with a range of disabilities such as bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, anxiety, obsessive-compulsive disorder, and autism. Ebba is passionate about supporting vulnerable people and empowering clients to be independent. Ebba has a warm presence and counsels from a client-centred approach, collaboratively working toward client goals. The therapy is solution-focused and incorporates cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) and mindfulness techniques. The therapeutic relationship is of utter importance, including creating a safe space to help the client feel comfortable.  In her free time, Ebba enjoys exercising, nature, reading and spending time with family and friends.

David - Counsellor

David is a Counsellor who gained his Masters in Counselling in 2018 from Swinburne University of Technology. He is a clinical registrant with the Psychotherapy & Counselling Federation of Australia (PACFA). He has worked, in the NDIS field since its inception in 2018. During this time David has worked with a wide variety of clients with varying presentations such as Intellectual Disability, schizoaffective, and personality disorders. He works in a client-centred approach, working with his clients ensuring that he has created a safe space to build the therapeutic alliance.  In his spare time, David enjoys swimming, playing yoga, and reading.

Behaviour Support Team

Chris - Behaviour Support - Team Leader

Sue - Senior Behaviour Support Practitioner

Sue has worked with behaviourally challenged Children, Young People and their families for over 35 years. She has worked in Remote Communities, Out of Home Care and Child Protection. Sue has broad knowledge and experience in assisting families to manage difficult behaviours and has acquired a repertoire of effective strategies which can be readily implemented in the most complex of situations. 

Ian - Behaviour Support Practitioner

Ian began his journey in psychology with a Bachelor’s degree, later spending two years exploring philosophy before deciding to focus fully on behaviour analysis. Over the years, Ian has worked as a support worker for children with behavioural challenges, a case manager, and a behavioural therapist. These experiences deepened his passion for understanding behaviour and supporting people to create meaningful, lasting change in their lives.

Ian went on to complete a Master of Applied Behaviour Analysis, combining academic expertise with hands-on experience. Ian values building genuine connections with the individuals and families he works with, drawing on empathy, patience, and creativity to develop strategies that suit each person’s unique needs and goals.

Outside of work, Ian enjoys cooking, visual art, movies, TV shows, and video games. Ian loves exploring creative outlets and is currently learning how to sew — adding another thread to his many interests.

Josephine - Behaviour Support Practitioner

Josephine completed her Master of Applied Behaviour Analysis at Monash University. With experience supporting individuals of all ages and diverse needs, such as autism, ADHD and intellectual disabilities, Josephine specialises in conducting functional behaviour assessments, developing evidence-based behaviour support plans, and delivering direct interventions that promote independence and wellbeing.

Since beginning her career in early intervention and disability support for young autistic children, Josephine has worked collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams and families to provide holistic and person-centred interventions. Josephine is committed to making a meaningful difference in the lives of people, promoting diversity and inclusion. She is currently working towards BCBA certification as part of her ongoing professional development.

Outside of work, Josephine enjoys cooking, outdoor activities, and spending quality time with friends and family.

Jovani - Behaviour Support Practitioner

Jovani (Van) was a nurse in the Philippines before moving to New Zealand, where he worked for nine years with individuals with varied support needs. He holds a Graduate Diploma in Psychology and a Master’s in Applied Psychology with a focus on Behaviour Analysis. Since moving to Australia in 2023, he has been supporting young autistic people.

He has experience working with people across all ages, from young children to the elderly, with and without support needs. Jovani uses his communication skills and sense of humour to help people feel comfortable and build lasting relationships.

Outside of work, Jovani loves books and audiobooks, especially high fantasy and fiction, with the occasional nonfiction tossed in for variety. He aspires to write his own novel someday! He also enjoys playing basketball and has been taking kickboxing classes.

Svetlana - Behaviour Support Practitioner

Svetlana holds a Bachelor of Social Science in Youth Studies and brings 20 years of experience working with families, children, and young people with diverse support needs. Her extensive career spans various roles, including Integrated Family Services Practitioner, Wellbeing Coordinator in secondary schools, and work within alternative education settings.

Throughout her career, Svetlana has provided support in areas such as parenting, mental health, disability, and school attendance challenges. She is well-versed in trauma-informed practice, strengths-based approaches, and person-centred interventions, ensuring that individuals and families receive the tailored support they need to thrive.

Svetlana’s passion lies in empowering her clients to achieve their goals, and her dedication to making a positive impact remains the driving force behind her work. Now part of WeSupportU, Svetlana continues to support individuals in their journeys towards wellbeing.

Outside of work, Svetlana enjoys spending quality time with her two young daughters, family, and friends.

Support Workers

Alison - Support Worker

Alison has completed a Bachelor of Applied Science (Food Science and Nutrition) and has been working in Clinical Healthcare for 16 years. Alison gets great enjoyment from helping people work towards their goals to create and live the life they desire. Away from work, Alison lives an active life and enjoys exercising, yoga, hiking, and gardening. 

Ebba - Support Worker

Ebba has a keen interest in well-being and supporting people reaching their goals and feeling better about themselves. She easily recognizes people’s strengths and is keen on encouraging and helping people acknowledge their positive traits. Ebba has a Diploma in Counselling and is studying towards a bachelor’s degree. Previous she had a cleaning business and worked within the administration, hospitality and customer service. Ebba’s background is Swedish. Her personal interests are walking in nature, Pilates and being creative in the kitchen. She currently volunteers at a phone care line and previously at an age care facility.

Jocelyn - Support Worker

Jocelyn has been working for Melbourne Pathology as a Pathology Collector for 17 years.  Although she found this very rewarding, she enjoys being able to spend more time working directly with participants and their families.

Jocelyn has 3 adult daughters. Sunday night dinners at her house is an event she looks forward to and cherishes…. Lots of chatting, laughing and they all love a game of backgammon.  Jocelyn enjoys gardening, cooking, loves a nice walk as well as watching something good on T.V.   Health and fitness is a very important part of her life and she is also a very good golfer (although she won’t admit it)!

She enjoys providing support with a bit of fun and laughter.

Jordan - Support Worker

Jordan is a dedicated Support Worker and proud mum of three young children, two of whom are diagnosed with ADHD and Autism. Her personal experience gives her a deep, empathetic understanding of neurodiversity and a strong drive to make a positive difference in the lives of others.

With over two years of experience in the disability support sector, Jordan thrives on helping participants work toward their goals and celebrating their achievements along the way.

She is currently studying a Certificate IV in Child, Youth and Family Intervention, with aspirations of becoming a Residential Care Worker.

Outside of work, Jordan enjoys staying active through gym sessions at F45 and getting out into nature with the occasional hike.

Kade - Support Worker

Kade is originally from NSW but have moved down to Melbourne to play in the Melbourne Storm under 21’s team and now acts as assistant coach for the same team since finishing up playing. He is currently studying a Bachelor of Exercise and Sports Science at Deakin University. He has previously worked at a school for children with autism called Giantsteps and loved his time in support work helping the kids strive for more independence and enjoyment. He is a massive sports fan with Rugby League being his main sport. he also enjoys spending time with friends and family and getting down to the beach for a day out.

Kelsey - Support Worker

Kelsey brings a passion for providing high-quality person centred support and will be working with our wonderful participants to ensure they reach their goals and live life to the fullest.

Kelsey is currently studying a Bachelor of Biomedical sciences with intentions to become an Osteopath in the near future. Kelsey has many hobbies, from running to chess to jewellery making. He has always had a passion for working towards a healthy body and healthy mind through creating good habits and is very open to learning and taking on new habits to become the best version of himself. Kelsey also enjoys cooking, loves his music and pets too. He plays soccer in the Bayside area and is really interested in trying out some long-distance events coming up soon. Kelsey loves and embraces change and is always open to trying new things! 

Liam - Support Worker

Liam is currently studying the Bachelor of Science at Monash University, and hopes to pursue a career in allied health as an occupational therapist. Exercise, fitness, and most importantly health across all areas is integral to his life and something he hopes to be able to inspire in others.

Liam has a particular interest in football, basketball, soccer, running, and the gym, but all sports and modes of activity entice him. Additionally, other areas of his life remain very important to him including travel, music, and most importantly spending time with those close to him. He is very open minded when it comes to your interests or hobbies and thoroughly enjoy trying new things!

Mia - Support Worker

Mia has recently completed a double degree of Psychological Science and Criminology and is currently studying an Advanced Graduate Diploma in Psychology, with hopes of building a career in the mental health field. Outside of academics, Mia loves animals, watching new movies, keeping fit with Pilates, reading and most importantly loves connecting with people and making their day that little bit easier if she can. Mia is always open to trying new things and is excited to enter the world of support work!

Olivia - Support Worker

Olivia began her journey in the disability sector while living in the Northern Territory after travelling around Australia. Her passion for support work is deeply rooted in her own lived experience—at 19, Olivia was involved in a serious motor vehicle accident that left her wheelchair-bound for six months. A year of intensive rehabilitation followed, ignited a drive to support others navigating life’s challenges. With a strong belief in living fully and authentically, Olivia is committed to empowering those she works with to pursue their goals and lead fulfilling lives. When she’s not working, you’ll find Olivia hanging out with her dogs, doing yoga, getting crafty, cooking up something delicious, reading a good book or at the gym.

Phyllis - Support Worker

Phyllis is dedicated to providing personalised support and advocacy. With a nursing background and a Certificate IV in Disability, she has the skills and knowledge to help others. She lives with her husband, teenage son, and their Groodle, Zelda. Phyllis is passionate about making a positive difference in people’s lives through individualised care.

Scarlett - Support Worker

Scarlett is currently in her final year of a Psychology degree at Monash University and is passionate about making a meaningful difference in the lives of others.

With a bright and bubbly presence, Scarlett brings positivity and genuine care to every role she steps into. She’s excited to begin her journey in disability support, where she can apply her academic knowledge to real-world experiences and support participants in achieving their goals.

Outside of work, Scarlett enjoys reading, going to the gym, and spending quality time with family and friends.

Zoe - Support Worker

Zoe is currently completing her final year of the Diploma of Nursing. Zoe has a strong passion for healthcare and is dedicated to helping others by providing compassionate and quality care. Outside of her studies, Zoe enjoys spending time with her friends and family, watching footy, cooking, listening to music, and attending live music events. She also loves relaxing with a good movie and spending time with her dog.
