Before Employment

  • Find ways to overcome barriers to employment
  • Gain hands‑on experience in the workplace through volunteering and/or placements in industries of choice
  • Explore the right opportunities available to you
  • Develop hard and soft skills including travel training and résumé/cover‑letter writing
  • Participate in mock interviews and learn strategies to present yourself effectively
  • Prepare for your first day and complete workplace induction

After Employment

  • Aid with obtaining assistive technology or workplace modifications (if necessary)
  • Develop organisation, preparation, and time‑management skills
  • Understand workplace standards, rights, and responsibilities
